Strategy
Develop an internationalization vision, establish priorities, assess readiness, and create a realistic implementation roadmap.
The Global Nexus Project helps universities and organizations move global thinking from the margins into institutional strategy, learning, systems, partnerships, and public conversation.
Founded and led by internationalization strategist Dr. Nashay Lowe, the project brings together strategic planning, global learning, institutional development, facilitation, and public scholarship to help organizations engage a deeply interconnected world with greater intention.

Internationalization shapes how an organization understands the world, prepares people to engage across differences, builds partnerships, designs learning, makes decisions, and connects its mission to global realities.
For universities, this may include education abroad, curriculum development, faculty engagement, international partnerships, student access, technology, assessment, and institutional strategy.
For other organizations, it may mean placing health, leadership, conflict, careers, community development, or professional practice within a broader international and intercultural context.
The Global Nexus Project helps organizations identify what internationalization should mean within their own mission and turn that vision into practical structures, experiences, and action.
Develop an internationalization vision, establish priorities, assess readiness, and create a realistic implementation roadmap.
Design clearer processes, technology, workflows, responsibilities, and measures that support sustainable global engagement.
Integrate global and intercultural perspectives into curricula, faculty development, professional learning, and student experiences.
Develop purposeful relationships among institutions, communities, providers, disciplines, and international partners.
Bring global context to conferences, classrooms, leadership discussions, panels, workshops, and public dialogue.
Every organization does not need the same internationalization model. The work begins with understanding the institution, the people it serves, the resources it has, and the future it is trying to build.
A Signature Question
What would change if global thinking were not confined to one office, one program, or one international experience?
The Global Nexus Project exists to help institutions answer that question and build what comes next.

Dr. Nashay Lowe is a qualitative social scientist, international education professional, facilitator, writer, and strategist whose work explores how people and institutions connect, navigate difference, and grow across cultural and organizational boundaries.
Her experience spans international education, conflict resolution, organizational systems, communication, global learning, research, teaching, and community development. She founded the Global Nexus Project to help organizations approach internationalization as an institution-wide practice rather than a collection of disconnected activities.
Whether you are reconsidering an institutional strategy, building a global-learning system, developing partnerships, preparing faculty, or bringing international perspective to an important conversation, the work can begin with a focused discussion.
